PASSPORTS OPERATION
To collect your passport, you must go to the Bistro Unis TV with your purchase confirmation email. The Bistro Unis TV is located at the Pavillon de l'Esplanade Tranquille - 1442 rue Clark. You will be able to check the Bistro Unis TV opening hours on our website starting March 28, 2024. Passports are nominative. They grant access to one ticket per paid screening. Unless otherwise indicated, all public activities at the Bistro Unis TV are free and accessible without a reservation or presentation of your passport, excluding Pro Days activities. Passports give you access to the opening and closing events with prior reservation, subject to availability. Please note that your passport does not guarantee you a seat at screenings and other activities. All our activities and screenings are accessible subject to available seating. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
REGULAR PASSPORT The Regular Passport does not grant access to Pro Days. To attend Pro Days, you must have a PRO PASSPORT. The Regular Passport at a discounted price is reserved for students and people over 55 years old. Proof of eligibility will be requested at the Bistro Unis TV when you pick up your passport. Without valid proof, the passport will not be issued.
PRO PASSPORT The Pro Passport is exclusively for professionals in the film industry.
PRO DAYS PASS The Pro Days Pass grants access only to Pro Days. You cannot access screenings with this pass.
Purchase Policy:
Passports are only available for purchase online. No passport will be sold on-site. Passports and tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include all taxes (GST 5% and QST 9.975%). Prices do not include ticketing fees. Our ticketing provider Zeffy is a 100% free Quebec-based platform funded solely by contributions from buyers. Adding a contribution to Zeffy is suggested but not mandatory for purchasing a passport or single ticket.
